Pizza Dough Recipe


1 kg flour
600 ml water
30 ml oil
20 g salt
25 g fresh yeast

Prepare the dough first be dissolving the yeast with 150 ml of warm water then combining 300 g of flour. Knead well and let rise in a bowl covered with a damp cloth at a temperature of about 30 degrees. When the dough has tripled, add the remaining volume of water and flour, kneading for a few minutes. Now combine the oil and salt and continue to knead until dough is smooth and elastic and does not stick to the hands. Place back in bowl and wait for it to rise again to triple its volume. At this point the dough is ready to roll out for about three trays of pizza or 15 rolls to bake in the wooden oven.
